- replaced all steam traps, eliminated leaks on system - reduced boiler pressure from 5lbs to 1lb

Water
- aerator flow reducers installed on all kitchens and bathroom sinks
- low flow shower heads installed throughout
replaced all toilets with low flow models
- promptly attend to leaky taps and other water leaks

Electricity
- replaced hallway corridor light fixtures with energy efficient fluorescent fixtures
- installed low wattage compact fluorescent in common areas
- retrofitted first exit signs with LED (low energy) light bulbs
